Applying for financial aid at The College of New Rochelle is easy. Just follow the instructions below:
If you are awarded a New York State Tuition Assistance (TAP) Award, you will receive a TAP application in your email or mail. You MUST complete and bring to your Financial Aid Counselor immediately. You can also go on line to www.hesc.com to complete the process. Residents of other states should check with their state's Financial Aid agency.

PLEASE MAKE A COPY AND KEEP ORIGINAL FOR YOUR RECORDS. THE IRS WILL ONLY GIVE YOU ONE TRANSCRIPT.
Each student will receive a financial aid package indicating the amount of money expected from all sources. It is the student's responsibility to see that all correspondence with external funding agencies is submitted to the appropriate office so that his/her account can be properly credited.
