Information Systems

Information Systems provides technology that can be used as a tool by faculty, staff and students. Additional services include the following:  

Help Desk
Technical support for all faculty, staff and students and desktop support, network accounts, installations, application security service, publications and support for administrative systems are provided in person and by phone. 

Regular Hours
Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

ResNet
Technology services in the residence halls provide wireless and wired network access, telephone service, satellite TV, public computers and printers. 

Network Services
Operation, management, and security of CNR’s technology infrastructure connecting multiple buildings and campuses and providing voice, video, and data services and other essential administrative applications and services.

Administrative Systems
Development, support, and programming for the core administrative systems.

Telecommunications
Administration and coordination of telephone systems, voicemail, directory services, and E911.
