How do I register for courses?

Registration for classes at The College of New Rochelle (CNR) are conducted over the Internet using the MyCNR Online Web Access System. Once online registration has become completely available, in-person registration will ONLY be provided to students requesting re-admission and for students returning after an approved Leave of Absence.

The MyCNR Online Web Access System is available during active registrations periods from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.

Online registration may be accessed by logging on to your account and clicking on the Registration tab or by clicking HERE.

As you register for classes, you will only be able to view courses that have NOT reached the enrollment limit. Always remember to be prepared with alternate course selections. If you get a message that a course code is invalid, and you have entered the code as shown on the web, please check with the appropriate academic department.

In addition to Registration, the MyCNR Online Web Access System allows students to:

When can I register?
You will be able to register based on the Registration schedule.  Initially you will be able to register during early registration, which is based on class level. To view the Registration Appointment schedule, please contact your academic advisor.

You may register from any computer using your network User ID and password or in-person at:

How do I pay my bill?

Students MUST pay a registration bill in the following manner: 


MyCNR Online Payment System:
Go to MyBill and select "Click to make a Payment". Enter the reqired payment infomation then select "Submit Payment".

By mail with check/credit card payable to:
The College of New Rochelle
    Office of the Bursar

By FAX with credit card:
Please include the name on the card, credit card number, expiration date, security code on the back of the card, zip code, amount to be paid and a statement authorizing the College to collect the payment. 

Go to the Bursar’s Office, Administration Center, Ground Floor during normal business hours. 


All payment will be completed online. Please see the details below regarding payment options:

  • If you are on a payment plan, you will need to inform the Bursar before going online to register so they can indicate this in the system. The Bursar's Office can be reached at (914) 654-5220.
  • If you are paying by credit card, you can do so online. You can pay with Master Card, Visa or American Express. If you are paying by check, you must bring your check to the Bursar's Office.
  • If you are receiving Financial Aid (loans, scholarships), you must see a Financial Aid counselor to set up your award letter before registering online. Please note that you must register for the same number of credits that you have on your award letter. If your award letter does not cover the total charges, you will have to pay this balance before completing the online registration process. If you would like to take more courses then you have listed on your award letter, you must see Financial Aid before completing the online registration process.  

What are my User ID and password?
