Registration Process School of Arts & Sciences

The Registrar’s Office provides assistance to students with processing course schedules which includes: registration, drop/adds, and withdrawals. In addition, the Registrar’s Office is responsible for maintaining the proper processing of all course transactions so that accurate grading will apply to student's academic record.

Summer and Fall 2014 semesters.

Advisement for Summer & Fall 2014

Advisement: April 7, 2014 - April 25, 2014

Online Registration
Begins April 28 at 9:00 am by class level

Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Summer I 2014

Semester Dates: June 2, 2014 - July 2, 2014
Online Registration for Summer I 2014 Ends – May 30, 2014 at 6:00 pm*
In-Person Registration for Summer I 2014 Ends – June 6, 2014
(*Any changes after this date will have to be in-person at the Registrar’s Office– a Transaction Form will be required with the appropriate signatures.)

Summer II 2014

Semester Dates: July 7, 2014 - August 9, 2014
Online Registration for Summer II 2014 Ends – July 3, 2014 at 6:00 pm*
In-Person Registration for Summer II 2014 Ends – July 11, 2014

Fall 2014

Semester Dates: September 3, 2014 - December 19, 2014
Online Registration for Spring 2014 Ends – September 9, 2014 at 6:00 pm**
In-Person Registration for Spring 2014 Ends – September 16, 2014
(**Any changes after this date will have to be in-person at the Registrar’s Office– a Transaction Form will be required with the appropriate signatures.)

Note:

  • On-line Registration will include School of Arts & Sciences, School of Nursing (IT, RN, SD, SN and GNU) and Graduate School students.
  • If you are returning from a Leave of Absence or are transferring schools within CNR, you will need to register in-person with a Transaction Form.
  • Once online registration has ended, the in-person add/drop period is subject to advisor and/or Dean’s approval. Please check with your school if you are adding or dropping courses after the start of the semester.
  • Please be advised: The system will be unavailable daily from 2:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m.
