Submit official transcripts from all institutions attended;
Submit resume
Submit two letters of recommendation from professionals who have direct knowledge of the applicant’s potential for completion of the program (for instance: former professors, school administrators, supervisors);
Submit a one page essay stating background and professional goals, and articulating how this program will assist in attaining goals;
Submit a portfolio of 10 pieces of artwork (slides or photographs may be mailed to the division office);
Writing sample done onsite;
Interview with the Advisor after all application materials have been received and reviewed;
Complete and sign the Immunization Form; Sign the Statement of Academic Integrity;
International students are required to submit a TOEFL score.
Note: Students selecting the Professional Certification program must submit a copy of their Initial or Provisional Certification.
