• Request an application and reference forms by calling the Office of Admission at (914) 654-5452.
• Submit all documents listed on the Admissions Requirements page.

Note: The School of Nursing will allow applicants to begin the first course of the program with these documents: a completed application and fee, a copy of NY State nursing license, an official transcript or a copy of the BSN diploma and immunization status.  During this first class, the applicant would be in a non-matriculating status. However, the remainder of the required documents must be submitted by the end of the first semester. 

Once all elements are received by the Admissions Office, the applicant will be called for a personal interview (distance permitting) with the Coordinator of the specific program the applicant desires.
