The College of New Rochelle sponsors six (6) NCAA Women's Intercollegiate Sports and is a member of the (AD3I) Association of Division III Independents and the local (HVWAC) Hudson Valley Women's Athletic Conference.

Seasons
Fall sports include Tennis, Volleyball, and Cross Country. 
Winter sports are Swimming and Basketball.
Softball is sponsored in the spring.
