Three women with prominent roles in the media are taking part in a roundtable discussion at The College of New Rochelle on January 17.

Suzyn Waldman is the Yankees radio commentator for WCBS and is a pioneer among women in sports broadcasting.

Paula Zahn has been an anchor for ABC, CBS, Fox News, and CNN, and is currently co-host of "NYC-ARTS" on Thirteen-WNET.

Valerie Salembier was most recently senior vice president, publisher, and chief revenue officer at Town & Country magazine.

The Powerful Women in Communications program begins at noon, after an 11:30 a.m. lunch, and will be moderated by Elizabeth Bracken-Thompson, partner with the PR and marketing firm Thompson & Bender.

CNR President Judith Huntington will be the host.
