CNR Relocates DC-37 Campus for Spring Semester in Wake of Hurricane Sandy
01/22/2013

In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, classes held at the DC-37 Campus in
lower Manhattan have been relocated for the spring semester until the
DC-37 Headquarters Building re-opens. The new location is 30 Broad
Street – 21st Floor.
In addition, as has always been the case,
several classes will be taught at St. John’s University, across the
street from Headquarters. Spring 2013 classes for DC-37 students will
start on Monday, February 4, 2013. The College is committed to
assisting all students in the progression through the spring semester in
a timely manner and graduating candidates will remain on target for
2013 Commencement.
"No one could have predicted that the devastating effect of Hurricane
Sandy would force the closure of DC-37 Headquarters for this long," Dr.
Stephen Greenfeld, DC-37 Campus Director, said. "It is a testament to
your resilience and commitment that you have weathered the storm. I am
proud of you all as we move forward to spring 2013."
Students who have not already registered for spring 2013 classes should
do so at one of these three campuses as soon as possible. DC-37 faculty
advisors are located at all three, where students can also complete the
financial aid process. Please contact Shawyonia Pettigrew with any
questions, at (718) 665-1310.
