Graduating seniors in the School of Arts & Sciences and School of Nursing -- you can complete your Senior Survey online! Just call Melissa at (914) 654-5364 (or stop by Student Services in the Student Campus Center, Rm. 209) to get your unique ticket number. Then click here.  It’s that simple!  You can opt to complete it all at once, or in sections when you have a free moment.

When you access this website, you will be asked for your unique ticket number to log in to the survey (that’s the number you received from Melissa). You will need this ticket number each time you return to the survey. Once you have submitted your survey on the Internet, the ticket number will no longer be operational.

If you prefer, you may also choose to complete the survey on paper.
