As
a women's college, we provide an environment where you will participate
more fully in and out of class, have more opportunities to take on
leadership
roles, build greater self-esteem, and be surrounded by excellent women
role models.
Our
caring and dynamic faculty bring a wealth of knowledge and experience
to
the classroom, and with a faculty to student ration of just 11 to 1,
our
small classes will allow you to know your professors and they in turn
know
you.
Because
of the College's excellent location in a quiet residential neighborhood
just 16 miles north of midtown Manhattan, you may take advantage of the
many professional internships at such sites as CBS, the Metropolitan
Museum
of Art and the United Nations or have fun visiting the Bronx Zoo,
Yankee
Stadium, and the Statue of Liberty.
