COMPLETING THE FAFSA
To apply for financial aid, you must complete the Free Application
for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and send it to the Federal Student
Aid Programs office of the U.S. Department of Education. Please
note that:
- To
complete the FAFSA, please have your and your parents' 2000 Federal
Income Tax and W-2 forms handy (if they are complete).
- The
FAFSA takes four days for processing.
- You
will receive an "Information Acknowledgement" once the
FAFSA is processed, which you must check for corrections.
- You
must list The College of New Rochelle's Title IV Code, "002704,"
in Section H of the FAFSA for The College of New Rochelle to receive
your data
You have
two options for completing the FAFSA:
- Complete
the FAFSA on the Web.
- Complete
the paper FAFSA, which may be obtained by contacting the College's
Financial Aid Office at (914) 654-5434, or by calling 1-800-4-FEDAID. Submit
the completed FAFSA to the Financial Aid Office.
